MEMBERSHIPS

• A valid ID and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) are required to enroll in an Instinct monthly membership.
• A registration set up fee of $50 will be collected to initiate the membership contract. This fee is non-refundable and does not have any associated credit balance.
• Membership contracts are month-to-month agreements and will auto-renew every month with your signed consent.
• Membership dues will be charged to your credit card monthly on the day of the month your membership begins for each month following.
• Appointments at Instinct Holistic Medical Spa are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. You are responsible for scheduling your monthly spa service(s) in advance to ensure that you receive your preferred date, time and service provider.
• Cancellation Policy: please provide 24 hours notice of appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Late Cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee which is collected as a deposit on services when they are booked.
• Spa membership dues do not include gratuities.

• Gift memberships may be purchased at any time. Ask an Instinct front desk associate for details.
• If you want your membership dues to come out on a specific day of each month, you are responsible for establishing your membership with us in person or online.
• Monthly memberships may not be used in combination with any other promotional offers or packages, discount coupons or gift certificates.
• To cancel your membership, please provide Instinct Holistic Medical Spa with 30-day written notice for monthly memberships (not applicable to acne membership, which has a minimum 6 month contract due to the nature of treating acne)
• Memberships must maintain a minimum of 2 payment cycles before cancellation is applicable. (not applicable to acne membership, which has a minimum 6 month contract due to the nature of treating acne)
• Upon cancellation all outstanding credit balances will be forfeited at the end of the 30 day notice period required for cancellation.
• Memberships may be paused for a period of 3 months one time per 12 month cycle, during which time any outstanding credit balances may be used. After a pause the membership must resume for a minimum of 1billing cycle before cancellation. Pausing a membership is not a substitute for providing 30 days notice.
• Instinct Holistic Medical Spa reserves the right to cancel any membership at any time.
• Instinct Holistic Medical Spa reserves the right to adjust membership pricing or membership service pricing at any time based on business needs.
• Unused Membership Fees are NOT refundable. However, they are transferable and do accrue, except for Sauna and LED light therapy sessions which do not accrue and must be used in the month they are awarded.
• Members are locked into member pricing should they choose to add additional appointments at any time during their membership.
• There are no substitutions or trades for the sauna sessions and LED Light Therapy.
• Additional members only specials, promotions, and events will be offered throughout the year and are not transferable.

INSTINCT HOLISTIC MEDICAL SPA SECURITY POLICY: Instinct respects our customers’ right to privacy and need for securely stored information. We have appropriate security measures in place in our spa facility to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you. Instinct does not share our customer information with third-party vendors.
